										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Anna Baldazzi è Professore straordinario e insegna Storia romana e Metodologia della ricerca storica presso l&#8217;Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi. Dal 2003 è membro del Coordinating Editors di “Formamente” e di “Digital Universities”; esperta in Scienze dell&#8217;Informazione è direttore della biblioteca di Ateneo. Laureata in Materie Letterarie, si è Specializzata in Biblioteconomia e Archivistica ed ha conseguito master post-laurea in Library Automation, Science Information e Information Science and System Design presso l&#8217;Università di Aberystwyth. Per l&#8217;approfondimento di questi stessi temi, nel 1987, è stata selezionata per una borsa di studio della NATO.<br />In passato, ha ottenuto ancora una borsa di studio presso l&#8217;Istituto Europeo di Fiesole sulle tematiche dell&#8217;Interlibrary loan e dei nuovi supporti tecnologici per la digitalizzazione dell&#8217;informazione. Negli anni &#8217;90, ha progettato l&#8217;organizzazione e la gestione bibliografico informativa della Casa Museo-Biblioteca della “Fondazione Collodi”, dirigendone la stessa biblioteca. Nel 1992 e 1993 presso l&#8217;Università di Amsterdam e Salamanca ha conseguito il primo Master Europeo in European System for Education Management.<br />Già Responsabile del Servizio di Documentazione e Informazione del Centro Europeo dell&#8217;Educazione (ora INVALSI), negli anni 1982-2000 è stata referente nazionale delle Clearing Houses “Sistemi educativi esteri” e “Educazione comparata” per il Progetto Bibliografico Europeo in rete del Consiglio d&#8217;Europa, CEDE-BDP-Ministero Pubblica Istruzione. Studiosa di Microstoria, è membro della Commissione storica diocesana di Albano per la Beatificazione di Mons. Guglielmo Grassi, vescovo di Damiata. </p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Quality in e-learning is connected to innovation, both in the human resources and technological-didactics fields. The evolution of didactics material and teaching methodology must follow the rhythm to which technological tools, students&#8217; background and cognitive models change and evolve, always remembering the basic principles of traditional pedagogy. Innovation is considered as the propulsive element determining the structure and the success of the eLearning model itself and from this perspective it is fundamental to re-think the university model, paying more attention to the influence of social and technological changes on the didactic processes. The present volume,“E-Learning Quality Assurance:A Multi-Perspective Approach”, has been conceived in the frame of a wide reflection about quality assurance in e-learning, in the context of institutionalmanagement and organization and services and contents production. All the articles included are the expression and testimony of the experiences of professionals and experts in the field and of particular institutional realities shaped on the basis of national and local standards. All the cases described represent the global effort in trying to propose different interpretations of the concept of quality and to find useful solutions to achieve it.</p>
