										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nell&#8217;anno della celebrazione del 60° Anniversario della Dichiarazione Universale dei Diritti Umani, il nuovo numero di FormaMente si caratterizza per la partecipazione dell&#8217;Associazione GUIDE a due tra i più importanti eventi nel panorama dell&#8217;educazione a distanza a livello mondiale: la 2nd ACDE Conference and General Assembly &#8220;Open and distance learning for sustainable development&#8221; che si è tenuta a Lagos in Nigeria nel mese di luglio e l&#8217;ICDE Standing Conference of President seguita dall&#8217;ODE Global Forum che si è svolta a Shanghai in ottobre. Le due conferenze sono state organizzate con il patrocinio dell&#8217;UNESCO e hanno messo in risalto in modo chiaro l&#8217;obiettivo comune di soddisfare l&#8217;urgente bisogno di formazione permanente per tutti gli individui, offrendo loro uguali opportunità di accesso e sottolineando, al contempo, l&#8217;importanza che l&#8217;educazione a distanza può rivestire nelle politiche di sviluppo sostenibile. Nelle sezioni &#8220;Research&#8221; e &#8220;Application&#8221; sono contenuti diversi interventi al tema della raccolta e gestione dei dati, alla realizzazione di cataloghi a tecnologia avanzata e all&#8217;organizzazione semantica degli stessi. Il legame tra i diversi articoli sembra espletarsi proprio nella dimensione epistemologica e nella sperimentazione che le infrastrutture cibernetiche, veri propulsori di creazione e innovazione definiti come un ininterrotto &#8220;work in progress&#8221;, stanno realizzando in diversi settori attraverso la prototipizzazione dei risultati. Nel campo umanistico ad esempio, le tecnologie multimodali permettono di svolgere una ricerca performante caratterizzata dall&#8217;uso di strumenti innovativi che consentono di registrare le espressioni del viso o trascrivere l&#8217;intonazione della voce in modo da stimolare nuove forme di pensiero.</p>
